Summary: |

|
The City has had a Concession Agreement with Mike Derby since 2002. The new Agreement will authorize them to operate the Paddleboat Concession in Canyon Lake Park through 2016. It does include an option to renew for an additional five years, upon terms and conditions to be renegotiated. The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board recommended approval of the Concession Agreement at their meeting on July 10, 2014. |
